Sell email to your customers,
under your own name.
Give every hosting customer working email on their own domain, with a webmail on their phone and computer, sold as your product. You set the packages and the prices; we run the mail. Wholesale, priced per mailbox, with the billing, provisioning and protection a host needs.
Stop running mail servers.
Postfix, Exim, Dovecot and cPanel mail are among the worst jobs in hosting: blacklisted IPs, bloated mailboxes and a support queue full of "my email doesn't work". With us, your servers don't send or store a single email, and you still sell email under your own name.
No more blacklisted server IPs
Today: one compromised site or one bad newsletter on a shared server gets its IP onto Spamhaus or Barracuda, and every other customer on that server stops being able to send. Your support desk finds out first.
With us: customers send through our platform, not your servers' IPs. New customers ramp up gradually, and a customer whose bounces or spam complaints climb has their sending paused automatically, with you told, before it can harm delivery for anyone else. Their email keeps arriving meanwhile.
Mail that's encrypted where it's stored
Today: years of customers' email sit in plain-text Maildir folders on your disks, in every backup, readable by anything that gets in.
With us: we parse incoming email in memory and don't store it. The webmail encrypts every message, attachment, name and address with XChaCha20-Poly1305 before it reaches the customer's MySQL database. The key is in the webmail's own config.php, never in the database, so a copy of the database alone (a backup, a dump, a database-only breach) can't be read.
Lighter servers, simpler backups
Today: mailboxes grow for years on fast NVMe storage, with every attachment, making backups heavy and migrations slow.
With us: no mail spool and no Maildir trees. Each customer's mail is one MySQL database that backs up and moves like any other. Attachments can go to the customer's own S3-compatible storage instead, and packages cap how many mailboxes and emails each customer has.
Fewer email tickets
Today: a large share of hosting tickets are email: IMAP that won't sync on a phone, forgotten passwords, broken SPF and DKIM records.
With us: the webmail works over HTTPS and installs on phones and computers like an app: no IMAP or POP3 settings to get wrong. People sign in with a passkey (Face ID, Touch ID, a fingerprint) or an authenticator app. The cPanel plugin writes the domain's SPF, DKIM and DMARC records for them, merging with what's there.
Straight answers
Can you, or we, read our customers' email?
We don't keep incoming email: it's checked and parsed in memory, delivered to the customer's webmail, and gone. Email being sent waits in our mail server's queue only until the receiving server accepts it (usually seconds). In the webmail, stored email is encrypted, and the key is in the webmail's config.php on the customer's site. That protects every copy of the database. It isn't a wall against someone with full control of the server the site runs on, who can read that file like any other: so keep config.php out of shared backups, and treat root access with the care you already do.
Can customers use Outlook or the iPhone Mail app?
Not with this: there's no IMAP or POP3, by design. Customers use the webmail, which installs on iPhone, Android, Mac and Windows like an app, with notifications, offline reading and passkey sign-in. If some customers need a desktop mail client, keep a traditional mail plan for them.
What happens to email a customer already has?
The webmail copies it in from their old mailbox (cPanel, Gmail, Outlook.com, any IMAP server, or an .mbox file), with folders, dates and read marks, without changing the old server.
Do we still need mail servers at all?
Not for customers on this. Their domains' MX records point at us (at your own MX hostname, if you set one up), and they send through us. Your cPanel servers can keep their mail service for other customers, and the plugin only moves a domain's mail when you or the customer choose to.
Everything to resell it, nothing to run.
Your brand
Your name, logo and colours in the dashboard and every email we send your customers, your own dashboard address (mail.yourhost.com) and your own MX hostname. Customers never see ours.
Customer packages
Make your own products: "Email Basic: 3 mailboxes, 1 domain, 2,000 emails a month". Each customer is held to their package, so one busy account can't use up what you've paid for. At the limit, hold email back or let it through and charge for it.
Usage reports for billing
Each customer's month: mailboxes, domains, emails in and out, emails over their package, bounces and complaints. In your dashboard, as CSV, or from the API for your billing system.
WHMCS module
Orders create the customer's account on the right package and invite them. Suspensions, upgrades and cancellations follow WHMCS, and usage lands on each service every day for overage billing.
cPanel, Softaculous and Installatron
The cPanel & WHM plugin puts it in every customer's cPanel. The webmail installs from Softaculous and Installatron, or from your own server panel. Host-ready plugins
Your reputation protected
New customers ramp up their sending over their first month. A customer whose bounces or spam complaints climb has sending paused automatically, and you're told, before it can hurt delivery for anyone else.
