Your customers' email,
inside WordPress.
The free GhostParse plugin brings email into WordPress: customer replies land on their WooCommerce order, the Autopilot answers "where's my order?" from the real tracking, and everything your site sends comes from your own domain. Install it, click Connect, done: no API keys to copy.
Install. Connect. Choose.
Install
In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New, search for “GhostParse”, then install and activate it.
Connect in one click
Click Connect to GhostParse, log in or create a free account (no card), and approve your site. You're back in WordPress, connected: the site gets its own key with just the permissions it needs.
Choose what it does
Send the site's email from your domain, receive email into WordPress, turn on the Autopilot: each is a switch on Settings → GhostParse.
More than another SMTP plugin.
Most email plugins only change how WordPress sends. GhostParse also handles the email that comes back.
Autopilot for WooCommerce
Customer emails are read by AI, matched to their order, and answered from its real status and tracking, or drafted in your WordPress Inbox for you to check. It never changes an order: changes, cancellations and returns become a to-do on the order. How it works.
Replies on the order
Order emails get a reply address made for that order. When a customer replies, it's added to the order as a note, the order is flagged “Customer replied”, and you're emailed.
Email a customer from the order
Write to a customer from the order page, with saved messages, in your shop's WooCommerce email style.
Sent from your own domain
Every email WordPress sends (orders, password resets, contact forms) goes out from your verified domain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, so it reaches the inbox. No separate SMTP plugin needed.
An inbox in WordPress
Email to your GhostParse addresses arrives in a private Inbox for administrators, where you can reply. Attachments can go to the Media Library.
Posts by email
Email an address and it becomes a draft post (or published, if you choose), only from senders who pass authentication.
A hook for your code
Each email fires ghostparse_email_received with the parsed email: sender, subject, the reply without the quoted history, and attachments.
Before you install.
Is the plugin free?
Yes. The plugin is free on WordPress.org, and GhostParse has a free plan with paid plans when you need more email. Pricing.
What does Connect do?
It opens GhostParse, where you log in or create an account and approve your site. You come back to WordPress with the site's own API key and the webhook signing secret filled in. The key never appears in a web address, and you can revoke it any time on the API keys page.
Do I still need an SMTP plugin?
No. The plugin replaces how WordPress sends email. Turn off other SMTP or mail plugins to avoid confusion.
Do you store my email?
No. Email passes through GhostParse to your site and isn't kept; the Autopilot keeps its drafts in your WordPress, not with us. How we handle data.
Does it work without WooCommerce?
Yes. The inbox, posts by email, sending from your domain and the developer hook work on any WordPress site; the order features appear when WooCommerce is active.
